Oksana Miroutenko completed her LL.B. at the Osgoode Hall Law School and, after articling with Baker & McKenzie (Toronto office), was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002.

She is currently a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, practicing in the areas of real estate and estate law.

Prior to law school, Oksana was enrolled in a Ph.D. Program in Modern Languages and Comparative Studies at the University of Alberta, where she received an entrance Ph.D. Scholarship. During her M.A. Program at the University of Alberta, Oksana was awarded a Slavic and East European Studies M.A. Scholarship. In working towards her B.A. Honours from the University of Alberta, Oksana studied one summer semester at Harvard.

After working for major Bay Street law firms, Oksana opened her own law firm. She continues to present legal seminars to the community, including banks, churches, real estate agencies and frequent speaker on CBC and Ukrainian TV.
